Everyone seek for beautiful hair and try many methods to enhance the appearance of hair. Such practices for hair can damage the hair and can make them dry and brittle. Following are few tips from the experts to prevent damage of hair while coloring and perming them

It is good to stay on one shade while dyeing them as the shades must be chosen from the three shades of natural color. Darker shades are better to chose than lighter as lighten shades contains the higher volume of peroxide which can lead to damage of hair follicles.

It is advised to test your hair color before applying it on hair. Even it must be applied according to the given instruction on the pack. If you notice any allergic reaction like rash, redness, swelling, burning or itching then you should not apply the dye on your hair and must consult to dermatologist for testing allergy and its treatment.

Human hair get effected from the exposure of sun as the sun can make them weak, dry , rough and brittle and if you color your hair then you should not take the sun exposure and should wear hat, cap or something else that can cover your head.

You must follow the instructions while perming your hair and even set the timer for rinsing the perm solution to avoid any long lasting damage. If you feel any burning and stinging then you should wash it off and consult the dermatologist
